Returns and replacements
The purchase is absolutely risk-free as the right to return the goods within 14 days is guaranteed. The relative shipping costs (adequate postage) are to be paid by the buyer.
Excluded from the right of return are personalized goods (for example the printing of the company logo), as well as used products.
Claims due to inappropriate use or inadequate maintenance cannot be taken into consideration. For the return of uncleaned items we reserve the right to charge the relative cleaning costs.
In the event of delivery anomalies or if the package is externally damaged, it must be noted on the courier’s delivery note, stating “I accept the package with reserve” and indicating the type of damage found; then you need to contact our customer service.
If after placing an order, the goods sent are not accepted, Fokus Plamen reserves the right to charge EURO 150 as a lump sum to cover all costs, including shipping costs, administrative and accounting management of the order and the relative cancellation. , resulting from the non-collection of goods by the customer.
In case of return, Fokus Plamen d.o.o. undertakes to make a credit note for the amount due as soon as the returned goods have arrived at the destination warehouse. In the event of a refund, the Customer is aware that this can only be done through one of the following forms chosen by Fokus Plamen d.o.o.:
- crediting of the sum to a credit card,
- Bank transfer
In any case of force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances, we will not be responsible for the delay or non-delivery and we will have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, suspend or postpone its execution.
Our delivery and payment conditions are considered accepted at the time of the order.
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous points, any compensation for damages suffered by the Customer or third parties and any other obligation other than those explicitly provided for here is excluded. Under no circumstances will Fokus Plamen d.o.o. be liable for any indirect damage (including, without limitation, damage due to loss or loss of earnings, business interruption, loss of information or other economic losses) that may arise to the Customer from the performance of the obligations contractual.
